client called us recently at 3:00 in the afternoon regarding a very serious
(multiple fatalities) auto accident involving one of their insureds that had
occurred just a few hours earlier. Within an hour of receiving the phone
call we had a staff investigator en route to the accident scene on behalf of
the client insurer. |
