Al’s career in the insurance claims
industry spans more than 30 years. During that time, he has amassed a great
deal of hands-on experience with primary and excess/surplus lines and
reinsurance claims with various companies, including Cameron & Colby, John
Hancock P&C and Sentry Insurance. He has also managed a variety of claims
departments. He has negotiated cases and conducted claims audits in product
liability, medical and legal malpractice, general liability and a variety of
environmental, toxic tort and other mass tort matters. He founded Alan H. Gray
& Associates, Inc. in 1988, and is a graduate of Colby College. |

Michael is Director of Claims at Alan Gray Investigative Services. Michael's
duties include administration, marketing and supervising the insurance field
work for the various clients. Additionally, Michael is involved in insurance
claim handling and investigations, mediations and audits. He has also held
senior claims positions at Worcester Insurance Group, Aetna Life &
Casualty, and The Hartford. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University, with a
B.A. in Communications. |
