JOB
SUMMARY:
|
Conduct premium analysis of statistical codes and reinsurance participants used to code and process claims for internal corporate records. When required, the entry of policies to the claim system to allow field office to create claims. Review of system generated reinsurance errors and making necessary corrections (i.e. 8205- Overlapping treaty, 8207- invalid treaty, Net defaults).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
|
Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of:
- Manage system-generated miscoded claims and misallocated financial data for client's large claim department
- Conduct analysis of policies to facilitate claim processing
- Research premium accuracy for statistical data and reinsurance participants
- Coordinate with claims division on processing data to corporate tables
- Work closely with underwriting personnel
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion.

QUALIFICATIONS:
|
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-4 years experience within the insurance/reinsurance industry
- Knowledge of reinsurance practices
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Access
