• Review and code legal invoices for adherence to clients' guidelines.
• Review insurance company, defense firm and plaintiff firm files for financial, exposure and other relevant data.
• Conduct analysis and author reports summarizing findings of the audits.
• Discuss findings of audits and negotiate settlements with insureds, insurance companies and/or defense firms.
• Research legal and factual issues as instructed by the Vice President.

• Law Degree Required
• Familiarity with legal terms and billing
• Legal Writing proficiency
• Travel out-of-state up to 30% of the time required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• 2-3 years experience in an insurer/law firm environment
