Mr. Dudzik has been involved in the insurance industry for over 35 years. As a Director, Robert is responsible for claim audits, operational reviews, attending mediations, settlement conferences, trials and related activities. With significant claims experience, including all varieties of Property and Casualty and Reinsurance claims at branch and home office executive levels, Robert has held several senior positions within the industry. Career highlights include establishing a startup Western U.S. claims division managing $25M in premium during the first year and then increasing premiums to exceed $100M in less than three years. Robert also successfully closed a runoff book of 2,500 program claims, saving an organization over $10M in reserves. He has also built successful Claims Operations Divisions from startup at three different well-known national companies.
