General Background

Mr. Vermette has been involved exclusively in the insurance industry since 1991, and is a licensed attorney in the State of Massachusetts. Currently, Norm oversees audit services provided by the firm. Norm’s experience includes reengineering claim operations to improve proficiency of claim handling throughput procedures from intake to closing. Norm has extensive knowledge of claims involving all lines of general liability (products and occurrence), professional liability and property (residential and commercial) coverage. Norm has negotiated hundreds of settlements as the client representative during mediations and has provided expert opinion on case valuations.
