This is a temporary/intermittent assignment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of MPL, A&E, Insurance Agents, E&O
- Minimum of 5 years of insurance claim experience.
- Strong organizational, file management, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail; ability to prioritize.
- Demonstrated focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and demonstrated ability to manage change.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Licensure required and preferred in TX, FL, GA and CA
Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate and resolve claims through the normal claim handling process.
- Handle MPL claims from intake through final disposition including preparation of coverage position letters
- Experience handling Miscellaneous Professional Liability (MPL) claims, including Architects & Engineers, Insurance Agents E&O and other E&O lines of business
