Chad H. Melroy

General Background

Mr. Melroy brings extensive experience and knowledge as a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Construction Auditor to the Surety & Fidelity Practice at Alan Gray. His project experience includes complex fidelity matters, accounting related surety claims analyses, analyses and reports in support of litigation, forensic reports and extensive surety loss management matters. Chad has also completed various detailed analyses relative to payment bond disputes, subcontractor/supplier ratifications, owner/principal disputes, and delay damages. Chad’s experience includes working with small subcontractors to large national accounts.
