Mala Ireland

Malini (‘Mala’) Ireland is process-oriented advisor and innovative strategy leader with a varied background in management consulting as well as pharmaceutical and small technology companies. She began working oninsurance-related projects starting in the early 1990’s, focusing on claims administration, insurance coverage administration, information management, project management, and systems/technology services for clients involved in mass-tort litigation. Mala is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Six Sigma Green Belt. Currently, Mala leads the Quantitative Services team at Alan Gray LLC and her responsibilities include dataanalysis, projecting liabilities, allocating losses to applicable coverage blocks, and auditing claim files for the Quantitative Services Practice. Mala brings a combination of insurance expertise and a strong background in project management, problem solving and process optimization to the benefit of her clients.
