Normand Vermette

Mr. Vermette is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth ofMassachusetts and has worked exclusively in the insurance industrysince 1991. He joined the Company in 2005 and currently serves as Managing Director of the Audit Division, where he is responsible forthe oversight and direction of all claims audit functions.

Mr. Vermette’s professional experience encompasses comprehensivereviews of claims-handling practices, reserve adequacy, financialleakage, due diligence, claim triage, exposure allocation and exhaustion, claim closure, and premium audits. He possesses extensive knowledge across multiple lines of business, including general liability, professional liability, and property coverage. Mr. Vermette has served as an expert witness and has provided sworn testimony in both trial and arbitration proceedings.
